Sacred God Gokurakko 649 is perhaps the strongest variant of Otta-smack-u, with higher speed and the same attack rate and role as a strong, pushing-adept peon that barely drops any money. Though it gets knocked back 2 more times and has unimpressive base health and attack for an enemy met this late in the game, it only appears at 250% strength magnification, increasing its stats to 1,000,000 HP and 11,242 damage. With an attack that carries 50 piercing range and the same chance of inflicting knockback as Carny Otta, 649 can push alarmingly fast unless stopped by a crowd-controller. But the real kicker is that Surge Attackers can be anywhere from risky to almost unusable against 649, thanks to its new ability, Counter-Surge: whenever a Surge hits 649 and expires, 649 will retaliate by conjuring up a Surge of its own, lasting just as long as the Surge that hit it and dealing the same damage and knockback chance as 649's normal attack.
