[NERFED] Base HP Rage Mode (Enemy Unit#8) - Nova Pro

One thing making this unit very hard to defeat is the SPEED, so I will reduced the attack speed of this unit as part of nerfing it. It might not be as the same of the custom unit in the bcu pack but Im sure it will ease the players.

Added 5 seconds Time Between Attack Interval!
