Sir Rel Added Mini Wave Unit#49 - Battle Dogs

 Sir Rel has 2/3 as much health as Relic Doge and a strong, single-target attack dealing 12,500 damage per hit as well as a 100% curse effect. He's faster than Squire Rel and has more knockbacks, as well as a much higher attack rate giving him nearly 30k DPS. Furthermore, he's often spammed and has an extremely low money drop.

In this update, we have added a small buff for Sir Rel in the battle dogs by adding a mini wave level 1 with a chance of 15%. This is reflected in the battle dogs first update for version v14.2, which is v14.2.1. The previous stats of Sir Rel with no wave ability.
