Tropical Sea Otter "Uber Unit" in PTC Battle Dogs

Tropical Sea Otter or known as "E-737 (南国ラッコ, Nangoku Rakko, Tropical Otter)" is a newly added traitless enemy in the version 14.5 Official Japanese Update. In Battle Dogs, tropical sea otter is playable uber super rare unit exchanging Madoka Kaname (Unit#288) slot. To unlock the unit you must know how to get Madoka. The unit has a very minimal health and damage, closely to be called spawnable meatshield in the game. With mini surge and slow abilities, they can be key factor in beating down boss enemies.
